Refund & Returns Policy

At Copura, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns (7 Days – Manufacturing Defects Only)

Products are eligible for return only if they have a manufacturing defect.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
  • Customers must first email us at supportcopura@gmail.com with their order number, name, and clear pictures of the defect before shipping the product back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once our team inspects and approves the returned product, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.


Returns Will Not Be Accepted For:

  • Dislike of design / change of mind (all products are non-returnable for this reason)
  • Damage caused by usage, mishandling, or negligence
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, or accessories

Exchanges (7 Days – Manufacturing Defects Only)

Exchanges are available only in case of a manufacturing defect.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative of equal value.
  • Customers must contact us via email before sending the item back.

Broken or Defective Items

If you receive a broken or defective item, please email us at weelifestylepnc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, name, and clear pictures of the issue
  • Claims without pictures will not be valid

We will arrange replacement/return shipping at no extra cost to you.


Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days once the returned product is received and verified by our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank/payment details shared during the return request.

Important Notes

  • Do not ship any product back without prior confirmation from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection and quality checks. If the item does not meet the return conditions, the request will be declined and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
  • International orders (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.
